Chinese Service Assistant (Bac Ninh Branch)
Job Description
– Client management and work arrangement (Including retail clients and agencies)
– Manage records, data, track orders and debts on the company’s software system.
– Answer phone calls, messages to stakeholders, handle emails and important incoming messages.
– Track the progress of the company’s work items
– Make periodic or irregular reports to other Directors/Departments.
– Deploy and receive the work of superiors down to departments.
– Complete projects assigned by the Director on schedule.
– Research; prepare reports; handle unexpected and complex situations; negotiate and negotiate with customers and predict service needs.
– Participate in contributing ideas, making suggestions for process improvement when necessary.
– And other tasks as assigned by the Director
– Job details will be discussed directly during the interview.
– Age from 22-35 years old.
Job Requirements
– Ability to communicate fluently, skillfully in behavior and quick to improvise. Communicate with domestic and foreign partners.
– Candidates are preferred: Have more than 1 year of experience in the job of an After-sales Service assistant.
– Education: University.
– Foreign language proficiency: Good Chinese, Knowing more English is an advantage.
– Computer proficiency: Meet office informatics applications (Word, Excel, Powpoint).

Factory NX -02D, Que Vo Expanded Industrial Park, Xa Phuong Lieu , Que Vo District , Bac Ninh , Vietnam
