The machine is designed with the ability to control pressure loss and optimize cooling efficiency inside the compression chamber. Thanks to that:

The compression chamber structure of the SWTII & SWTIII series is specially designed to completely prevent oil from entering the compressed air.

• Completely separate the oil chamber and the compressed air chamber.
• Ensures that no oil is mixed into the compressed air during operation.
• Suitable for industries such as: pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, medical, where clean compressed air is a must.

The machine is equipped with a special ultra-thin nano coating on the surface of the screw shaft and the machine housing:

• Anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion and good heat resistance.
• Prevents direct metal contact, prolonging the life of the equipment.
• Maintains high and stable compression performance over time, even under harsh operating conditions.
