SWV Series Oil-free Screw Air Compressor
The SWV series air compressor uses water injection during the compression process to perform two important tasks:
- Sealing: helps to limit air leakage between the screws and the machine casing.
- Cooling: helps to reduce heat quickly during the compression process.
Therefore, the machine operates about 15% more efficiently than conventional dry screw compressors. At the same time, the injection water helps to cool the compressed air optimally, helping the compression process to almost maintain a stable temperature, saving more energy.
