Sales Executive – Air Compressor Equipment in Dong Nai

• Customer Acquisition & Development: Identify and develop new customers through data mining, phone calls, emails, social media, or direct visits.
• Consulting & Sales: Introduce products/services, answer inquiries, analyze customer needs, and persuade customers to make purchases.
• Negotiation & Contract Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and handle contract signing procedures with customers.
• Customer Care: Maintain good relationships with existing customers, provide after-sales support, and handle complaints (if any).
• Conduct market research and stay updated on trends to propose suitable business strategies.

• Graduate from College/University majoring in Economics, Commerce, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, machinery, or equipment.
• Good communication skills; strong persuasion and active listening abilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and work organization skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English is required.
• Having a driver’s license (Class B2) is preferred.
