Workshop Technical Staff (Production Management Technician)

• Plan and assemble equipment according to project requirements; handle unexpected issues arising during the assembly process.
• Manage workshop equipment; support monitoring of materials and handle inventory in/out when necessary.
• Closely monitor the production process at the workshop to ensure employees follow procedures and meet progress timelines.
• Classify and handle daily waste in accordance with regulations (general solid waste / hazardous waste).

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Engineering fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills; proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong planning and work organization skills.
• Fluent in Chinese.
